Recently I was at one of my son's basketball games. The scene was intense as they opened up to a lead only to see the other team comeback in the second half. I was on the top row of the gym and saw the opponent wide open on their end of the floor. I stood up and yelled, Get Back!!!! OK the sentence wasn't that short but you get the picture. I was so stressed watching this game that I couldn't stand it and the pressure top blew.
The next day I found this article in MyTown Monthly Magazine; Three Minute Relaxation Routine, it goes as follows: Concentrate on relaxing by using a cue word like "peace" or "love." While holding your breath tense up a group of muscles. And finally, as you release your breath relax your muscles. Not sure if it will work but I will try it at the next basketball game.
